Is all your jewelry handmade?

Yes! All jewelry offered is handmade by Sigrid (me). This means that everything is made and assembled by hand without use of molds, machinery, or casting (unless otherwise specified). I am the only one making the jewelry (also the only one running the website, vending, shipping, etc.).

Do you offer custom jewelry pieces?

Yes! Pricing ranges widely based on materials, styles, etc. Please reach out to me via the contact page or my social media and we can discuss details. A 50% non-refundable payment is required upfront before I start work on the piece!

Do you offer custom paintings/portraits ?

NO. Painting commissions are closed forever.

Do you offer jewelry repair?

I offer free repairs on any jewelry made by me with proof of purchase. This is a lifetime guarantee. I may be able to do other forms of jewelry repair and/or help you get in touch with someone who can help. I DO NOT fix watches.

What is your return policy?

Any item bought from a vendor event, auctions, consignment, or live market is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If your piece breaks at the live event, bring it back to my booth and I will fix it for you. I will not refund for broken pieces, as I have the ability to fix it.

For online orders, I offer full refunds/order cancelation within the first 15 business days after date of purchase. Item must be new, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for refund.

I do not do exchanges and custom pieces are not eligible for returns or refund.

Why are your prices higher at live events?

Vending comes with uncertainty- broken, lost, and/or stolen items are part of the deal. Also, vending in person can be extremely hard on the body. I increase my prices at my live markets to account for all of these factors.
