Only ready-made items are listed for sale. Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping.

Any item bought from a vendor event, auctions, consignment, or live market is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If your piece breaks at the live event, bring it back to my booth and I will fix it for you. I will not refund for (mildly) damaged pieces at live events, as I have the ability to fix it.

For online orders, I offer full refunds/order cancelation within the first 15 business days after date of purchase. Item must be new, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for refund.

I retain the right to issue or refuse refunds as I see fit.

I do offer customization on jewelry and metal pieces specifically. Pricing ranges widely based on materials, styles, etc. Please reach out to me via the contact page or my social media and we can discuss details. A 50% non-refundable payment is required upfront before I start work on the piece!

I DO NOT offer custom paintings or portraits.

All jewelry offered is handmade by Sigrid (me). This means that everything is made and assembled by hand without use of molds, machinery, or casting (unless otherwise specified). I am the only one making the jewelry and my techniques range from wire wrap to fabrication to things like electroforming and casting. I will outline techniques used in the description of each piece. I offer free repairs on any jewelry made by me with proof of purchase. This is a lifetime guarantee. I may be able to do other forms of jewelry repair and/or help you get in touch with someone who can help. I DO NOT fix watches.
